Group Healing Sessions
Writing my book, THE PRINCE WAS WRONG, became an integral part of my healing journey to survive the narcissistic abuse of husband #7. As I started speaking out about the subject, I realized that this type of abuse is a widespread problem. The abuser can be one’s romantic partner, one’s child, one’s parent, or a sibling.
Regardless of the exact details, you can navigate through it. You can find joy and peace in your life. You can break free of the chains binding you to the narcissist.
I don’t want to go to school to become a therapist, nor am I looking to replace anyone’s therapist. They are a vital part of our healing journeys. What I can do is offer my listening ears and heart. I can offer a safe space to discuss our toxic relationships and how we can heal from them. I can offer virtual hugs and empowering suggestions based on what helped me.
Let’s think of these groups as peer support based on our common experiences. Together we will be strong in our survival and in our moving on to a better life.
